Terms of Service
ControlPath sells three separate $30 USD browser-based accessibility products—Starter, Plus, and Pro—intended to help people with disabilities document controller preferences. No physical goods are sold.
Product license
A purchase grants the named customer a personal, non-transferable license to use the specific Starter, Plus, or Pro product identified at checkout. Customers may not resell, share access codes, redistribute the application, or falsely claim authorship of supplied software or instructions.
Requirements and compatibility
Customers must supply a compatible controller, desktop/laptop computer, connection method, and supported browser. Only combinations specifically shown as tested are supported. We do not promise universal or permanent compatibility, unlimited future updates, personalized setup, or a medical outcome.
Accessibility purpose and limitations
The product can view browser-exposed controller input, record mapping and toggle preferences, record dead-zone and smoothing values, load starting layout templates, save a profile locally, and export its settings as JSON. It does not modify controller firmware, remap operating-system or console input, apply the exported profile to hardware, or provide medical treatment or professional care.
Delivery, support, and refunds
The product page and Digital Delivery Policy control delivery. Included support is limited to the access and documented product functions described on the product and support pages; no guaranteed response time is advertised while checkout is paused. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.

The customer-facing merchant is ControlPath. Questions may be sent to support@ozkhelper.com. Checkout is paused until complete product and compatibility records are published.
