Included product support
Email support covers access-link or code problems, controller detection inside the browser, use of documented configurator features, local profile saving, and JSON export. It does not include medical advice, personalized configuration, controller repair, driver installation, or applying the JSON file to third-party hardware/software.
What to include
Provide the order number if applicable, controller model, desktop operating system, browser/version, connection method, and a short description of the problem. You do not need to share a diagnosis. Do not send medical records, passwords, full card details, or access codes.
