Digital Delivery Policy

Cntrlpath Starter, Plus, and Pro are $65 USD electronic-access products for separate browser-based accessibility profile-planning modules. Ultimate is the complete tier at $150 USD. No controller, computer, adapter, cable, or other physical item is sent.

What delivery includes

The customer receives an access link and access code for the web configurator at the purchasing email. The configurator includes on-page instructions and can create a controlpath-profile.json download containing the customer's selected settings.

Delivery timing

The access link and access code are delivered to the purchasing email after payment is confirmed. We do not advertise a guaranteed delivery time. Customers must provide a working email address and keep the order confirmation for their records.

Delivery problems

If the access email is missing after payment is confirmed, check the spam or junk folder, then contact support@cntrlpath.com with the order number and purchasing email. Do not send card details or medical records.
