Digital Delivery Policy

ControlPath Starter, Plus, and Pro are $30 USD electronic-access products for separate browser-based accessibility profile-planning modules. No controller, computer, adapter, cable, or other physical item is sent.

What delivery includes

The customer receives an access link and access code for the web configurator at the purchasing email. The configurator includes on-page instructions and can create an controlpath-profile.json download containing the customer's selected settings.

Delivery timing

When sales open, access is intended to be emailed immediately after confirmed payment. Customers must provide a working email address and keep the confirmation for their records.

Checkout is currently paused until this automatic delivery flow is verified.

Delivery problems

If a paid order is not accessible within the stated time, contact support@ozkhelper.com with the order number and purchasing email. Do not send card details or medical records.
