ControlPath uses personal information only as needed to operate the storefront, deliver Starter, Plus, or Pro, manage access, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.
Information we may receive
This may include name, email address, order and product details, support messages, device/setup details the customer chooses to provide, and basic website security logs. Payment processors handle payment-card information; customers should never send full card details to support.
Profile and controller information
The configurator reads controller input exposed by the browser. Profile choices are saved in the customer's browser unless the customer downloads or voluntarily sends the JSON file. The site does not claim to upload controller input or profile contents to ControlPath.
Disability and health information
A diagnosis is not required to buy or request support. Customers can describe the controller action they find difficult without sharing medical records. If a customer voluntarily provides disability or health information for support, we use it only to respond to that request and limit access to people who need it.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers needed for hosting, payment processing, digital delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support, or when required by law. We do not sell customer personal information. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and applicable obligations.

To ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email support@ozkhelper.com. Do not include medical records or full payment-card information.
